Customers who are current on a Microsoft Dynamics Enhancement plan can continue to access the following benefits through CustomerSource:
• Previously released upgrades, updates, service packs, fixes, and regulatory/tax updates

• Online training
• Access to various community groups
Customers on a current ICS Support Plan can continue to receive unlimited telephone support for the time being.
We are a small company dealing not only with the sophisticated ordering systems of our nations biggest retailers, but also a myriad of independent fabric stores across the country. Having both hardware & software support from a solid provider like CES, has allowed us to grow & succeed in a competitive market, without our own IT department. That’s huge to me!
