Toolkit for Massachusetts Data Security Regulations

Massachusetts has issued new and far-reaching regulations requiring businesses throughout the country that handle personal information of Massachusetts residents to comply with strict requirements to safeguard such personal information March 1, 2010. Since the procedures for complying with these regulations are extensive, Competitive Edge Services has designed a comprehensive toolkit to assist your organization’s in-house resource(s) to complete the necessary tasks for compliance.
The tool kit includes the documents you need to perform a risk assessment and personal information inventory, documents to create your written information security plan (WISP), 2 hours of consulting time at our office or via teleconference, as well as other tools to aid you in complying with the regulation by the March 1, 2010 deadline.
